This scholarship program is available to eligible individuals seeking to earned
extra income or willing to help a youngster to earned the scholarship by
completing the initial form on the website, including a valid email address.

PRIZES:
Participant will be required to do as described below for the respective
scholarships offered by Sponsor.
For General Scholarship: One (1) one-time scholarship grant of $ 4,000 OR
PRIZE will be awarded to participant who refer 100 hundred people to BF’s
professional Services for any income tax Season. To make it easy for participant
the Company will charge a flat fee to all individual or tax payer referred by
participants. The scholarship monies will be paid directly to the winner or his or
her parents after verifying that all information, payment information, name of tax
payer are correct, true and verifiable. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES,
AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT
OR USE OF THE SCHOLARSHIP PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE WINNER. Prize is not transferable.
GENERAL:
Sponsor may use applicants' names, likenesses, and other information for
promotional purposes associated with its' scholarship programs. The potential
winners of a cash prize will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) days of
first attempted notification. In the event of noncompliance, the potential winners
may be disqualified and alternate winners may be selected, at Sponsor's sole
discretion.
In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account

promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages,
losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this Contest, they will indemnify
Sponsor from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related
thereto. Sponsor shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses
that are delayed, lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete,
